General Info

ONLINE BOOKING:

Please book appointments for yourself.  Every client must create their own online profile. Make sure to write down your email and password that you used to create your profile.  This will eliminate duplicate profiles. If you have trouble creating and booking online feel free to call or text me at 313-414-Tina(8462) Tuesday-Saturday!

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT: 

Due to COVID19 ,if you are feeling ill, have a fever, or been exposed to COVID19, please call to cancel your appointment. Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to make nail polish selections, pre-paid for service(s), and restroom usage and hand sanitizing etc..  Your service time is allotted especially for you and in the event that you have multiple services it will ensure that you arrive at your next service on time. 

NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED. SERVICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!  FEEL FREE TO CHECK ON LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS OPENINGS WITH ME.

NO SHOW POLICY:  

No Shows are inconsiderate and will void future bookings with Nails by Tina-Marie.  It is my profession to be of service to you and other clients, who are in need of Professional Nail Care. No Show clients prohibits other clients from receiving services due to appointment times being allotted exclusively for scheduled appointments.  I recommend utilizing the appropriate cancellation policy.  My passion to provide Nail Care Services can only thrive and excel when a scheduled client shows up for their allotted appointment times.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It's unfortunate that such a policy exists.  I feel strongly that the guest who visit me repeatedly, respect me as a professional and I'm grateful because this is the regard at which I hold myself.  It's always the case that a few can ruin it for everyone. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please as a courtesy to me a 36 hour cancellation would be grately appreciated. This allows other guest to book an appointment. Last minute cancellation less than 24 are subject to a cancellation fee; 50% percent of the canceled service total will be added to your new service. Arriving at your appointment and deciding not to get one of your services a product of fee of $10 will be added to your service and 50% of the service you decided not to receive at the day of Service Appointtment

Did you know that in the Nail Industry, most nail technicians earn their income by commission?  This means they do not make a salary, they do not get pay hourly.  They earn a living by taking care of their guests that's in their chair. If a guest doesn't show up for their appointment or cancel with little notice, this doesn't leave opportunity for the Nail Tech to book another appointment. Thank You For Understanding!

CELL PHONES: 

Please be considerate of other guest by silencing your ringer, at the time of your service(s). Due to COVID19, No phone usage at the time of Hand Care Services for sanitary purpose and to avoid nail polish accidents.  Nail polish accidents will delay in service time for other scheduled clients, who are following you.

PAYMENT METHODS: 

Cash or Checks.  Credit/DebitCard payments are accepted and processed by the Credit Card Company. A fee 2.75% will be added to all card payment forms using credit/debit card processing for services. A 2.75%  is processed on all charges services, gratuities/tips! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION!

Gift Cards:

I Do Not Have Gift Cards but Gift Certificates.  You are welcome to get Gift Card(s) from Michigan Therapeutic Massage a 2.75% processing fee will be added to your service total.

STANDING APPOINTMENTS: 

PICK A DAY AND A TIME THAT WORKS WITH YOUR SCHEDULE AND YOU WILL BE ADDED AS AN AUTOMATIC  RECURRING APPOINTMENT..  Standing Appointments are appointments that have been added to the my Automatic Recurring Appointments in Vagaro. Automatic Recurring appointments are  available on a weekly or bi-weekly terms.  For bi-weekly appointments rescheduling for the following  two weeks voids your recurrence(s) of your bi-weekly standing appointment.  Therefore, to maintain your bi-weekly recurrences you must reschedule within the same week of your bi-weekly standing appointment. Standing appointments over $55 or more will receive a discount from $5-$10 off for being in my Automatic Recurring Appointments. PLEASE NOTE! BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AHEAD DOES NOT  QUALIFIED AS AN AUTOMATIC RECURRING APPOINTMENT.

Manicures are weekly or bi-weekly. A discount of $5 off Gel/Shellac Manicures for every two weeks appointments. 10% off weekly or bi-weekly Manicures $30 or more. You must be added to my recurring online booking system which you have picked a day and time that you like to recur in the in my booking app..  Any cancellations or changes to your recurrence will reflect your discount privileges and/or cancel your recurrences with Nails by Tina-Marie!  

PEDICURE SEASON IS FROM JANUARY  - DECEMBER. 

Pedicures are every  4, 5, 6, weeks.  A discount is given to those who are in my system to automatically recur every 4, 5 or 6 weeks. A discount of $5 off for Pedicures $55 or more. You must be added to my recurring online booking system by picking a day and time available. Reschedules must be within the same week of appointment day. Any cancellations or changes to your recurrence will reflect your discount privileges with cancellation fee and/or cancel your recurrences with Nails by Tina-Marie!
